R.Jayashalini is a dedicated and experienced software professional with a strong background in mainframe technologies. She holds a Bachelor of Electronics and Communication Engineering in(2011) with 83% first class with distinction. With over 2.5 years of hands-on experience in application development, she has worked extensively with COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2 on mainframe platforms.

Jayashalini began her career in software development and worked as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies Ltd., Chennai. She has contributed to various client and internal projects, especially in the pension and retail domains, and has been involved in all stages of the development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and coding to testing and implementation. Her work is guided by the waterfall methodology, and she is known for her attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

She brings a strong technical portfolio with expertise in tools like SPUFI, DCLGEN, FILE-AID, and CA-7 Scheduler, and is proficient in SQL, VSAM, and various testing and interpreting tools. Jayashalini is passionate about learning and technology, continuously seeking to improve her skills and contribute meaningfully to her field.
